All users must follow the official server Rules. The following is strictly prohibited: using cheat software (cheats, mods, scripts), harassing or discriminating against other players, engaging in illegal activities inside or outside the game that affect the community, and impersonating staff members or other players.
Purchases made in our virtual store grant in-game digital products. All sales are final and no refunds are offered except when the product is not delivered due to technical causes attributable to us. We reserve the right to change prices and store content without prior notice.
All MIDNIGHT Network content, including logos, custom maps, scripts, and designs, is the exclusive property of MIDNIGHT Network and is protected by intellectual property laws. Copying, distributing, or reusing such content without express authorization is not permitted.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access for any user who violates these terms or the server rules, without prior notice or right to refund of purchases made. Staff decisions are final.
MIDNIGHT Network is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. The server is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.
We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon publication. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the services implies acceptance of the modifications.
